Legeidé-roulette: aktiviteter til baby efter alder
Angiv din babys alder, og drej tre legeideer frem, der passer til den: én med bevægelse, én med snak og én at lege sammen – til cirka 15 minutters leg.
How long should each activity last?
The ideas are meant for short bursts, a few minutes each, fitting into about 15 minutes. Stop sooner if your child loses interest or shows tired signs. The CDC suggests playing when your baby is alert and relaxed and taking breaks when they're tired or fussy.
Can I repeat the same activity daily?
Yes. Children often enjoy repetition, and familiar games let them try skills again and again. Spin when you want something new.
Do I need special toys or equipment?
No. Most ideas use everyday things: a mirror, a soft ball, cushions, cups, a book or your own face and voice.
What if my baby doesn't like the suggested activity?
Skip it and spin again, or just follow what your child is interested in. The tool is a prompt, not a plan.
Does this replace tummy time?
No. The WHO recommends at least 30 minutes of tummy time a day, spread out, for babies who aren't yet mobile. The AAP suggests starting with a few minutes 2–3 times a day, always awake and supervised.
Is it suitable for newborns?
Yes. For 0–2 months the ideas focus on face-to-face talk, high-contrast pictures, gentle massage and chest-to-chest tummy time.
When should I talk to a doctor about development?
The CDC advises acting early. If your child isn't meeting milestones, has lost skills, or you're worried, talk to your doctor or health visitor and ask about developmental screening.
