How is this different from a generic to-do list?
It’s a **routine checklist** built for new parents: short, repeatable actions that stabilize your day and connect self-care with parenting touchpoints.
What’s the point of Scope = Essentials vs Full?
Essentials keeps the list short so you can succeed on tough days. Full adds optional items for when you want more structure without pressure.
Are my ticks saved, and do they reset each day?
Your ticks and Scope setting are saved in this browser on this device. Ticks reset automatically at the start of each new day (local date); the Scope setting stays. The list is fixed, so if you want extra lines, keep them on a sticky note next to it.
How do I tie this into Nurtura?
Make “Log feeds/diapers/sleep in **Nurtura**” the last tick at night (or after the last feed). Seeing patterns reduces second-guessing.
What if I only tick one thing?
That’s a win. This tool is about momentum. Pick the easiest action (water, light, or one song) and move on.
How much tummy time should my baby get?
The AAP suggests starting on the first day home with 3–5 minutes, 2–3 times a day, working up to 15–30 minutes a day in total by 7 weeks. WHO recommends at least 30 minutes a day, spread out, for babies who aren't yet mobile. Always do it while your baby is awake and supervised.
Is this medical advice?
No. It’s a routine helper. Follow your clinician’s guidance for health questions.
