Can I track pumping sessions?

Yes. Switch pumping on in Child settings, then log each session with a timer or afterwards, with the side and the total amount. Pumping timers also work on Apple Watch and Wear OS.

How does the milk stash work?

After a session you choose Give to baby now, Fridge or Freezer. Stored milk becomes a dated portion. Use soon lists portions by date, Use now logs the bottle and Discard removes a portion.

How long does the app say breast milk keeps?

It dates fridge milk for 4 days and frozen milk for 6 months, from widely used storage guidance. That's general guidance, not medical advice. If your provider or milk bank says otherwise, follow them.

Does using milk from the stash log a feed?

Yes. Use now logs a breast milk bottle with that portion's amount, so it appears in the day's feeds and the week view.

Can I get a reminder before milk expires?

Yes. The optional 'Milk stash expiry' reminder comes once a day at 9:00 and names anything that needs using.

Is the milk stash free?

Yes. Pumping, the milk stash and the reminder are free.
