Premature Baby Tracker & Corrected Age
For babies born 3 weeks or more early: add the due date and growth, milestones, leaps and sleep regressions follow corrected age until age 2. Free.
What is corrected age?
Your baby's age counted from the due date instead of the birth date. A baby born 8 weeks early is about 2 months old in corrected age when they're 4 months old.
Does Nurtura Daily support corrected age?
Yes. Add the due date in child settings. For a baby born three weeks or more early, growth percentiles, milestones, leaps, sleep regressions and growth spurts use corrected age.
How early does a baby need to be born for corrected age?
Three weeks or more before the due date. A gap of more than 17 weeks is treated as a likely typo and ignored.
Until what age does the app use corrected age?
Until the second birthday. After that, everything uses calendar age.
Which parts of the app use corrected age?
Growth percentiles and bands, milestones, developmental leaps, sleep regressions, growth spurts and the cards on Home. Birthdays, the week number, widgets, the watch, notifications and predictions use calendar age.
Is there a corrected age calculator?
Yes. The free corrected age calculator on this site works it out from the birth date and the due date, in your browser.
