Noční buzení vysvětlené
Noční buzení je normální součástí spánku miminek. Proč se miminka budí, co je typické, jak rostou, a klidné a bezpečné způsoby, jak jsme přerušované noci zvládli.
Is it normal for my baby to wake up at night?
Yes. The NHS says babies wake during the night because they need to be fed, and the AAP says it is normal for a 6-month-old to wake during the night and go back to sleep after a few minutes.
When do babies stop needing night feeds?
It varies. The NHS says that at 6–12 months night feeds may no longer be necessary for some babies. Follow your baby's cues and ask your health visitor or doctor if you're unsure.
When should I worry about night waking?
Contact your GP, health visitor or NHS 111 (or your pediatrician) if your baby seems unwell, has a high temperature, isn't interested in feeding, or cries in a way that doesn't sound like their normal cry.
Can feed times drifting later cause new night wakings?
Sometimes. When daytime feeds and naps slide later day after day, the last nap ends closer to bedtime and the evening feeds bunch up, which can change the first night stretch. Look at the whole week, then try offering one daytime feed 10–15 minutes earlier for 2–3 days, still following hunger cues.
