How we use Nurtura ourselves: a real parent routine

Two tired parents share their real daily routine in Nurtura: what they log, what they skip, and how shared tracking ends the "did she nap yet?" questions.

Can two parents use the same baby tracker?

Yes. We use the Pro version of Nurtura so we can add each other as caregivers, sync in real time, and both log feeds, diapers, and sleep — and one subscription covers both of us.

What do you actually log every day?

Feeds, diapers, and sleep most days, health notes when they come up, and a day note when something is worth remembering. Milestones we check every couple of weeks, and the week view once or twice a week.

Do you have to track everything for a baby tracker to be useful?

No. We deliberately skip what doesn't help us. A few consistent logs are enough to stop the "did she nap yet?" questions and to notice patterns.
